We spent a day at the gym with Kravitz and then crunched the numbers to better understand how the math of his age-defying fitness all adds up. “I’m in better shape than I was 10 years ago, 20 years ago,” Kravitz says. “Ten years from now, I will be in better shape than I am now.”
